press_start_comm. The schedule for our first year, 2025, is as follows. All times are either in Mountain Daylight (MDT) or Mountain Standard (MST) and are noted as such. You can view the times in your timezone via the exchange channel in the Exchanges After Dark Discord server or by using a timezone converter.
Nominations: Start Sunday, September 21st at 10:00 AM MDT and run through sign-ups.
Signups: Open Sunday, September 28th at 10:00 AM MDT (Genshin Impact's 5th anniversary!) through Sunday, October 5th 10:00 AM MDT.
Assignments Out: ASAP, but no later than Sunday, October 12th at 10:00 AM MDT. (This is to give any potential unmatchables time to adjust their sign-ups!)
Works Due: Sunday, November 16th at 10:00 AM MST. (Time change alert!)
Works Revealed: Sunday, November 23rd at 10:00 AM MST.
Creators Revealed: Sunday, November 30th at 10:00 AM MST.
Note: Work and creator reveal dates are not set in stone and may be pushed back to accommodate pinch hits.

Nominations
1. Relationships should be nominated in alphabetical order. Relationships between Honkai characters should be disambiguated if the characters are shared across multiple games. (i.e. Since Himeko and Welt both appear in HSR and HI3, HSR Himeko/Welt should be nominated as Himeko/Welt (HSR))
2. Solo characters should be nominated as Solo: Character and disambiguated if the character/name appears across multiple games. (i.e. Again using Himeko as an example, HI3 Himeko should be nominated as Solo: Himeko (HI3))
3. Character and relationship nominations should not include "modifier" tags (i.e. Solo: Dragon!Zhongli). The exception to this is for specifying traveler/abyss sibling status of the Genshin Impact twins. (i.e. Solo: Traveler!Lumine, Kaedehara Kazuha/Abyss!Aether)
4. For this round of Hoyoverse Exchange, crossover ships are not permitted. If there is enough interest, I'll consider allowing them in future rounds!
5. Only characters and relationships in the following fandoms may be nominated: Honkai Impact 3rd, Genshin Impact, Tears of Themis, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero. The upcoming game Honkai: Nexus Anima will be added next round if it is officially released by then!

If you have an art style that is hard to determine on the basis of lineart (such as a lineless style or purposefully unrefined lineart) and are in any doubt, please do not hesitate to reach out and show me an example of your work and I'll happily let you know!
